We travelled to Airlie beach on the coast. this was a rest stop for a couple of days for the kids to play in the caravan park playground.
There were many bush stone curlews in the caravan park. They have a loud screech at night that sounds like a person screaming. This one is standing still - it thinks that if it stands still, we won't be able to see it!
Lots of ibis in the park too.
Asha's golf tip: If it doesn't go in the hole first time, just pick it up and put it in there!
